From August 31 to September 3, 2017, at the beautiful and sunny Cua Lo beach, DND International Eye Hospital and Viet Sing International Production and Trading Company Limited organized an exciting summer Teambuilding program 2017 named “The Future in Your Hands”.
Unity and full of victory belief: The emotions that linger after the Teambuilding of DND International Eye Hospital and Viet Sing Company.
The program was attended by Mr. Nguyen Dang Dungz – the founder of DND International Eye Hospital and Viet Sing Company; leadership representatives of DND International Eye Hospital and Viet Sing Company along with the presence of over 500 employees to create a brilliant summer, an impressive Summer 2017 event.
As an annual collective activity of the International Medical Investment and Consultant Company Limited, the Teambuilding was invested and built according to a well-organized plan with many ideas about game shows, sports competitions, and cultural performances among the employees of DND International Eye Hospital and Viet Sing.
At the beginning of the program, the outdoor team-building activities on the beach were an opportunity for the company’s employees to freely express their personalities and connect with each other more closely.
Perhaps the most memorable image is the smiles of each individual in the large family of DND International Eye Hospital and Viet Sing, always radiant, full of life with a high determination spirit, even if it’s just entertainment competitions.
With the desire to bring joy and laughter to the company’s members, more importantly, to create a team with a high team spirit, the Organizing Committee organized games that were extremely challenging but also very interesting.
Through the challenges, the members excellently completed their tasks, the joy in each part of the game or the joy of victory created beautiful moments, which will become unforgettable memories in everyone’s heart.
The smiles still bloom on the lips no matter how difficult the competition is. The most important thing is still the joy, happiness, and comfort of each member on the trip after days of tiring and stressful work.

At the end of the team-building activities at the beach, the highlight of the event was the Galadiner program, evaluating and awarding groups and individuals with outstanding achievements in the first 06 months of 2017.
Immediately after that, wishing to bring a fresh atmosphere to everyone as well as allowing the company’s staff to live fully with their passion for singing, various lively cultural performances were presented in turn: modern dance, fan dance, fashion show, and the competing songs performed by the employees of DND International Eye Hospital and Viet Sing Company Ltd.
In the beautiful Cua Lo area, each member also had their own private, peaceful moments watching the sunrise or sunset over the sea… with wonderful emotions. And there are many more beautiful, memorable memories that each member of the DND International Eye Hospital and Viet Sing family experienced together.
At the end of the summer 2017 teambuilding, everyone returned to the busy life, the work stress, but the afterglow, the enthusiastic atmosphere, and the passionate spirit still remained in each person. The lessons about life, about team spirit, humanity, a corporate culture full of identity… are values that last with time.
