On August 9 and August 16, 2015, Viet Sing International Production and Trading Company successfully organized two Customer Conferences in the North Red River region at Muong Thanh Hotel – Halong City – Quang Ninh Province and the Customer Conference in the South Red River region at Dragon Sea Hotel – Sam Son – Thanh Hoa.
The Customer Conference served as an opportunity for Viet Sing to meet, interact, and share insights with customers. It aimed to help the company understand the thoughts, desires, and requirements of customers, enabling the continuous implementation of meaningful activities that benefit consumers more. Through these programs, Viet Sing aimed to deepen customer understanding about the company, its products, and technologies used, thereby conveying this information more extensively to consumers. Moreover, it was not just an event for customers to relax after days of intense work; it was also a platform for us to better understand each other and bring back meaningful gifts.
Introduction of Delegates Viet Sing
The Customer Conference witnessed the presence of Dr. Nguyen Dang Dungz – Chairman of the Members’ Council, Ms. Vo Thi Ly – Vice Chairman of the Members’ Council of Viet Sing Company, representatives from Eximbank and 500 attendees comprising distributors, agents, and representatives of Viet Sing product retail stores in the North and South Red River regions.

Speaking at the Customer Conference in the North Red River region, Ms. Vo Thi Ly – Vice Chairman of the Members’ Council of Viet Sing Company stated: “Viet Sing will organize these Customer Conference programs annually to strengthen the bond between customers and Viet Sing. These events aim to help our esteemed customers better understand the GMP-standard production processes at our factory and the medical technology applications within Viet Sing’s products. Consequently, each distributor and salesperson becomes a “specialist” and “communicators” capable of addressing all consumer queries regarding the products the company manufactures and deals with.
The conference left a remarkable impression on the attendees not only due to the professional organization, the elegant and warm conference venue but also because of the friendliness, openness, and sincerity of Viet Sing’s top leaders.
The company presentation and introduction of Viet Sing’s products made a profound impact on the customers. Moreover, the interaction and connection between customers and the Chairman of the Members’ Council – Dr. Nguyen Dang Dungz, and the Vice Chairman of the Members’ Council – Ms. Vo Thi Ly received significant attention from customers.
Many customers asked questions and engaged in candid exchanges, creating a lively, open, and friendly atmosphere at the conference. Perhaps one of the most intriguing questions, drawing much interest, was directed to Dr. Nguyen Dang Dungz: “As a successful doctor with your specialized hospital, why did you choose to invest in an entirely new and competitive industry like the paper industry?”.
Appearing at the conference, Dr. Nguyen Dang Dungz made a positive impression on the customers through his simplicity in everyday life, relaxed attire, and natural demeanor while maintaining a sense of familiarity. When sharing why he chose to venture into a vastly different industry from his medical profession, Dr. Nguyen Dang Dungz said: “You see, as a doctor, I see bacteria everywhere. When I visited domestic sanitary pad factories, I noticed numerous deficiencies concerning the ‘hygiene’ of these supposedly sanitary products. I was deeply concerned seeing infants suffering from diaper rash due to low-quality diaper products, and elderly or ill individuals lacking proper medical pads, leading to sores and skin damage. What I witnessed motivated me and strengthened my determination to invest in creating genuinely useful products that ensure hygiene and safety for users’ health. I aspire and aim for AMIE to become a reputable Vietnamese brand, producing items meeting international quality standards, catering to the needs of Vietnamese people, and aiming for export to establish Vietnamese quality and brands on the international arena”.
